Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be made through the CMT submission system following IEEE format guidelines.
Double-blind peer review process - Author identities hidden from reviewers
3 reviewers per paper - Ensuring thorough evaluation
Plagiarism check: Turnitin similarity limit less than 10%
IEEE format required: Papers must follow standard IEEE conference format
Author registration mandatory: At least one author must register for paper to be published

Publication Details
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library for indexing.
The conference follows IEEE Copyright Policy and Letter of Agreement (LoA) workflow. Papers will be processed through the IEEE Conference Publishing Program (CPP).
Note: Papers will only be submitted to IEEE Xplore after successful presentation at the conference.
