Submission Guidelines
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT portal following standard IEEE double-column templates.
- ✔ Double-Blind Review: Author names and affiliations must be removed from the submission.
- ✔ Plagiarism Policy: Turnitin similarity index must be strictly less than 10%.
- ✔ IEEE Template: Papers must follow standard A4 IEEE conference formats.
- ✔ Mandatory Registration: At least one author must register at the full rate to publish the paper.
Registration Includes
Registered authors and delegates will receive full access to all technical sessions and event materials.

Publication Details
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Conference Publishing Program (CPP) for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. The symposium maintains a strict policy regarding presentation: Papers will only be submitted to IEEE Xplore after successful presentation at the conference.
Submissions undergo rigorous formatting and copyright verification checks in line with standard IEEE Copyright Policy and Letter of Agreement (LoA) workflow.
